Meet the Team

Craig Allan

Craig Allan,
Co-Founder & President

Craig has invested 11 years learning the ins and outs of marketing and systems-driven business from Dan Kennedy, Michael Gerber, Chet Holmes, and Alexis, who he hired as a coach in 2009, which made the pivotal difference in his career.

He has extensive experience building marketing-based businesses, particularly where it comes to integrating sales process with CRM systems for automation and reporting. Along his career path, he’s worked with families in the areas of trust & asset protection, real estate and bankruptcy matters.

Today, he is committed to serving lawyers because he believes that families are the most important unit of society, and the professionals who serve them have the greatest potential to make a positive impact with these families, and the future generations that will grow up to lead in our society. By bringing the new law business model and sacred work of legal life planning to more lawyers, he feels he is making a significant contribution to the world our children grow up in.

He splits his time between Rochester, NY where his daughter lives, and Boulder, CO where he feels truly at home.

Martha Hartney

Martha Hartney,
Law Business Mentor - Estate Planning

Martha is a later-in-life attorney, having had a successful career in marketing and advertising in the Los Angeles ad industry and another as a stay-at-home mom committed to her children and to helping other parents be the most empowered parents they can be.

She graduated in 2009 from the University of Denver School of Law in the top 20% of her class--as a full time single mom. Realizing that working for Big Law would not work for her family, Martha committed to working for herself right out of the gate and accepted Alexis’ challenge to become an estate planning attorney.

Martha has built her firm from scratch, learning how to claim the training and knowledge needed to be a family’s trusted advisor and deploying her experience in brand marketing and business systems to attract a vibrant and robust client base that feeds her need for connection and deep service.

Her greatest hope is to help other lawyers claim, or reclaim, the joy and the spiritual pursuit of being a lawyer.

As a Law Business Mentor, Martha teaches the Estate Planning Bootcamp.
